
HOW TO COFFEE ENEMA - The Gerson Way
1. CLEAN BUCKET, HOSE, AND TIP WITH CASTILE SOAP or MILD SOAP BEFORE USE
2. PREPARE COFFEE
Bring 32 oz (1 quart or 946 ml) of filtered or distilled water to a boil
Add 3 tablespoons of organic drip grind coffee (medium or light roast)
Boil for 3 minutes, making sure coffee does not spill over
Turn down heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes
Let cool
Strain coffee through clean white linen or nylon cloth
Add water, as needed, to restore to 32 oz (1 quart)
3. LUBRICATE ABOUT 2 INCHES OF TIP, OR AS NEEDED
OPTIONAL: Attach red hose to white tip
4. HANG BUCKET OR SECURE BUCKET APPROXIMATELY 18 INCHES ABOVE THE BODY
5. LAY ON RIGHT SIDE
CAUTION! Make sure liquid temperature is as close to body temperature as possible
CAUTION! Make sure you are well hydrated before performing a coffee enema
6. GENTLY INSERT LUBRICATED TIP INTO ANUS
7. RELEASE CLIP TO ALLOW COFFEE TO FLOW IN SLOWLY
8. RELAX, BREATHING DEEPLY, HOLD COFFEE FOR 12 to 15 MINUTES
9. GENTLY REMOVE TIP, AND EVACUATE COFFEE SOLUTION
