COFFEE, the GERSON WAY
The original coffee as instructed by Dr. Max Gerson and his protocol. Our organic arabica beans have been lightly roasted in an air roaster.
Why an air roaster? Air roasting keeps coffee beans moving with a perfectly controlled hot airflow to produce an even roast. And, the hot air forces out the chaff — as well as other contaminants — that might otherwise burn into the beans and mask the true flavor profile of the bean. In short, the only thing being roasted is the bean. This process produces the cleanest and purest bean. We only roast our beans the cleanest way, air roasted. Our air roasting process also releases a deeper flavor in our coffees without the burnt or metal taste associated with traditional gas-fueled drum roasting. While gas -fueled drum roasting has been the standard, the process releases fumes and particulars onto the coffee and into our air and water. Air roasting method yields perfectly roasted coffee beans without these harmful emissions.
Light roasted to 410 degrees Fahrenheit and medium grind, as Dr. Gerson preferred.

HOW TO COFFEE ENEMA - The Gerson Way
1. CLEAN BUCKET, HOSE, AND TIP WITH CASTILE SOAP or MILD SOAP BEFORE USE
2. PREPARE COFFEE
Bring 32 oz (1 quart or 946 ml) of filtered or distilled water to a boil
Add 3 tablespoons of organic drip grind coffee (medium or light roast)
Boil for 3 minutes, making sure coffee does not spill over
Turn down heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes
Let cool
Strain coffee through clean white linen or nylon cloth
Add water, as needed, to restore to 32 oz (1 quart)
3. LUBRICATE ABOUT 2 INCHES OF TIP, OR AS NEEDED
OPTIONAL: Attach red hose to white tip
4. HANG BUCKET OR SECURE BUCKET APPROXIMATELY 18 INCHES ABOVE THE BODY
5. LAY ON RIGHT SIDE
CAUTION! Make sure liquid temperature is as close to body temperature as possible
CAUTION! Make sure you are well hydrated before performing a coffee enema
6. GENTLY INSERT LUBRICATED TIP INTO ANUS
7. RELEASE CLIP TO ALLOW COFFEE TO FLOW IN SLOWLY
8. RELAX, BREATHING DEEPLY, HOLD COFFEE FOR 12 to 15 MINUTES
9. GENTLY REMOVE TIP, AND EVACUATE COFFEE SOLUTION
